Refunds Policy

At Mamta Sedani's Personality Development Classes, we are committed to providing high-quality training designed to help individuals improve confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership abilities, and overall personality growth. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling may be requested.

Course Enrollment & Payment:
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a specific installment plan is offered. Once a payment is made, it confirms the participant's seat in the selected program. Seats are limited; therefore, we follow a structured refund and cancellation policy to ensure fair access for all participants.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
a. Before Course Start Date:
Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the batch start date. In such cases:

A 80% refund of the total fee will be provided. 20% is retained as administrative and processing charges.

b. Within 7 Days of Enrollment (If Course Has Not Started)
If the participant wishes to cancel within 7 days of payment, and classes have not started, they are eligible for: A 70% refund of the total fee.

c. After Course Has Started
Once classes have commenced: No refunds will be provided, irrespective of attendance or participation. This applies to all online, offline, group, and one-to-one training programs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend sessions due to personal commitments or emergencies.
  • Partial attendance or missed classes.
  • Low engagement, lack of practice, or dissatisfaction caused by not following trainer guidance.
  • Technical issues on the participant's side during online sessions.
  • Discounted, promotional, or special-offer batches (strictly non-refundable).

  • Batch Transfer / Rescheduling:
    Participants may request to move to another batch once, subject to:

    • Seat availability
    • A rescheduling fee of INR 1,000/-
    • Request submitted at least 48 hours before the class


    Installment Plans:
    If a participant is enrolled under an installment plan:

    • Installments once paid are not refundable.
    • Failure to pay upcoming installments will lead to removal from the program.
    • No certificates will be issued until payment is completed.


    One-to-One Coaching Refunds:
    Personal coaching and private sessions are strictly non-refundable, as slots are reserved exclusively for the participant's schedule.

    Refund Processing Time:
    If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days through the original mode of payment. Additional bank charges, if any, will be deducted.
